Maid service is provided five times per week, with towels being changed twice, and bed linen once during the week. Large pool towels are also available on request.

Security boxes are available at a small charge and limited TV programs are available.

A resort barbeque may take place if there is sufficient demand.

Taxis, tours, car hire, golf and tennis can be booked at reception. Local bus information is also available.

Club Vista Verde has a small stock of essential items for members, but supermarkets are available in two larger complexes nearby. 

The Faro2 shopping centre is within easy walking distance.  This has a large supermarket, numerous shops and restaurants. 

The new shopping complex at Faro is about 2km away and again there are restaurants and bars to satisfy all tastes.

The major night-spots in the south of the Island are in Playa del Ingles which is about 2km from the resort. Playa also has numerous large complexes with restaurants, shops and bars with live entertainment. eg. Yumbo, Cita, Kasbah, Metro and Plaza.
