The Club committee has for sale, at reasonable prices, a few unsold weeks and a smaller number that have been repossessed from members who have not paid their management fees in accordance with the Clubs constitution. Copies of the constitution are provided to all new members.

Of the sixteen bungalows there are two with a Saturday check-in, five with a Sunday check-in and nine with a Monday check-in.

Check-in is after 16.30 - sometimes bungalows are available earlier.

Check-out is before 11.30 - if not required for a new occupant a late check-out can often be arranged at a moderate cost.

The Club is affiliated to RCI and has links with Dial an Exchange. Members may join either or both of these organisations to arrange exchanges to other resorts.

Members wishing to exchange internally (subject to availability) may do this for a small administration fee.
