Weeks are available for rental at most times of the year. There is usually more availability during January, June, July, August and December. For more information on availability during 2010, see the table below.

• Saturday, Sunday or Monday
• Check-in after 4:30 PM
• Check-out before 11:30 AM

Although renting is usually in weekly periods, commencing on our check-in days, at certain times of the year we are able to vary these arrangements. There is usually a supplementary charge for this.

On confirmation of booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £50 (GBP) per week. The balance is payable two months before commencement of occupation.

• The above table shows expected availability for the check-in date listed. If there is a 'No' against the required date it is worth asking as some additional units may have become available.
• Weekly costs will vary between £270 and £350 depending on date and availability and will be quoted on enquiry. Reductions will also be quoted for multiple or late bookings.
• Payment terms are usually a £50 per week non refundable deposit, with the balance payable approximately 8 weeks before check-in. Payment is by cheque or direct to our bank account.
• Quotations can be given in euros, if requested, with payment direct to our bank account.
• An * against the week number indicates that in may be possible to arrange a different check-in day.
